Wildflower Weekend
all your questions answered
As the golden hour of summer begins to fade, there is a rare opportunity to slow down before the rush of autumn arrives. Imagine a place where your phone stays tucked away, the only “pings” you hear are the sounds of paddles hitting the water, and your only responsibility is deciding whether to take a hike or take a nap.
Welcome to Wildflower Weekend, an all-inclusive, 21+ rustic glamping retreat designed specifically for women to reconnect with nature and themselves.
Tickets go live on Friday, March 13 at 9am. The ticketing link will be sent to your email, and you can also find it on our Instagram profile & story and in a Facebook post.

Can I pick my bunkmates or cabin?
YES! Please disclose if you are attending with others that you’d like to bunk with and we will make sure you are together. If you are not open to a hostel-style stay in the bunkhouse, please disclose that as well. If you would like a certain cabin, you can request it, but there is no guarantee.
What is a top bunk add on?
Are you attending with someone else? Are one of you willing and able to sleep in a top bunk? Purchase a top bunk add-on for $75 additional dollars (two campers for only $325!) and you will get assigned a set of bunk beds to share. Top bunk will only be used if you purchased an add-on.
When will we get our bunk assignments?
You will get an email with your bunk assignment and arrival details in June. The email will also include our suggested packing list.
Will there be showers?
Yes! Everyone will be able to shower at the Chalet at their leisure.
You mentioned being unplugged. Can I still bring my phone?
Absolutely! Bring your phone, take photos, and get contacts for your new friends! We just hope you won’t have time to doom scroll.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
If needed, we plan to offer vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-friendly options. If you have any dietary restrictions or limitations we need to know about, please send them to ThatWisconsinCouple@gmail.com
Our menu isn’t finalized yet, but we plan to have cozy dinners, filling breakfasts, boxed lunches for you to eat anywhere around camp, a snack station, non-alcoholic beverages, and desserts with every meal.
What are the activities?
You can check out the itinerary on Eventbrite when you purchase your ticket. Whether you are a high-energy explorer or a dedicated relaxer, there is a path for you:
On the Water: Spend your afternoon boating or paddling across our private 26-acre lake. Without the noise of motors, it’s just you and the water.
In the Woods: Lace up your boots and step directly onto the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, which winds right through our camp’s forest.
At the Craft Table: Tap into your creative side with curated crafts designed to help you bring a piece of the weekend home with you.
By the Glow: Every night ends the way it should: around a campfire with s’mores, laughter, and meaningful conversation under the stars.
Is Camp Nawakwa accessible?
At Camp Nawakwa, they are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all community members can experience the outdoors with dignity and independence. They are continuously working to improve the facilities to ensure they are accessible to everyone.
They strive to make the 75-acre property as welcoming as possible. Current features include:

Accommodations: While they offer a range of rustic cabins, yurts, and winterized lodges, they encourage guests with specific mobility needs to contact them directly to discuss which buildings best meet their requirements.
